Wow, that’s such an accurate depiction of us Chumash peoples!!! And no comment on the Chief thing!!! The people of Malibu think there is a Chief out here too… Chief hood is earned and givin by your family and peoples not cause you say you are or are fooling people that you are a healer or ceremony leader… It’s a free for all in the land of the free, stealing titles is free, you do not have to earn them… That is why I am just a dancer and artist… Choiy S’low shared with me different and not to get glitzed by trying to be some big time medicine man, which I am not and hope to convey that being humble is the way creator wants us to be…
